Karma update

By popular demand, we made the following change in the karma accrual system:

If you do not use the service at all (do not even enter your personal account) within an hour, your karma will be restored to the value of 80.

If you had karma ABOVE 80 – it will remain at the same level.

For example: you had karma 10, you did not show any activity for an hour – it will be restored to 80.
Another example: you had karma 100 and you were not active for a day. The value will remain untouched (100).
